Most frequently requested Customer Reports

• Report 1:  Master List (address or name order).
  • This reports lists ALL addresses in a mailing list and is available in name or address order as requested. If not specified, the report will be produced in address order by zip code.
• Report 1A: Provides a listing of the addresses which have donated less this year compared to last year.
• Report 1B: Is a report that shows the addresses that have donated last year but have not donated this year.
• Report 2: Contributors List or Non-Contributors (address or name order).
  • This report will list EITHER contributors or non-contributors in address or name order as requested. If not specified, the report will be produced in address order by zip code.
• Report 3: End of year listing with donation amounts.
  • Typically, this report is produced when a campaign is completed for the year and will list each address in your mailing list along with five years of contribution history for each address.
• Report 18: Comprehensive Statistical report by area.
  • The Comprehensive Statistical report breaks your contributions by the areas you have previously designated and provides statistics such as the number of addresses that have contributed, the percentage that have given, the average amount by area, the percentage of change over the previous year and many other statistics about your drive.

• This report also provides the number of new donors, the number of donors who gave more this year, the number of past donors NOT donating this year, and many other useful statistics measuring the success of your drive.
